To give you an appointment and expect you: your first name, last name, phone number and, if you give one, your email address. Then your appointments, what was done, what was paid on site, and the language you prefer to be contacted in. If you open an account, your password is stored hashed — readable by nobody, us included.

No online payment, so no bank details ever enter this system. No advertising, no profiling, no reselling. No ad trackers and no watching social buttons on this site: the only things placed in your browser are your session, if you sign in, and your choice of language. That's also why there is no cookie banner.

Each specialist works independently and may connect her Google Calendar. If she does, your appointment is written there: the service, your first name and the initial of your surname, and your phone number — so she can let you know if she is running late. Nothing else: no email address, no team notes, no amounts. The other way round, we read only her busy periods, never the content of her personal events. If you would rather nothing appeared in a Google Calendar, tell the salon: she can disconnect it.

Your appointments and the payments taken are kept as long as Belgian accounting requires. The team's internal notes and your visit history are kept while you are a client; we erase them on request, apart from what the law obliges us to keep.

You can ask for access, correction, erasure, a readable copy, or object to a use of your data. From your account you can correct your details and delete your sign-in account yourself. For anything else, write or call the salon — we answer within the month.

You can go to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
